Is Tim Hortons in California?

Tim Hortons is a famous Canadian coffee and doughnut chain with over 2,000 stores across North America. The company was founded in 1964 in Hamilton, Ontario.

In 2014, Tim Hortons acquired Burger King Worldwide. As a result, the combined company operates over 3,500 restaurants in more than 60 countries.

Despite being headquartered in Canada, Tim Hortons has stores in California. In 2006, the first California store opened in the city of Oxnard.

Since then, the company has opened stores in other parts of the state, including Orange County, San Diego, and the Central Valley. In 2017, Tim Hortons announced plans to open its 500th store in California in the city of Roseville.

Despite the presence of a few stores in California, the majority of the company’s business is conducted in the United States. This is likely due to the fact that the Canadian dollar is weaker against the U.S. dollar than it is against the Canadian dollar.

As a result, Tim Hortons’ U. stores have been able to achieve a higher level of profitability than their Canadian stores.
