What happens if UPS loses your package?

If UPS loses your package, UPS will try to contact you to let you know what happened and what steps you need to take to get your package back. If UPS is unable to contact you, or if you do not respond to their attempts to contact you, then UPS will hold your package for 30 days.

After 30 days, UPS will either give your package to a third-party receiver or dispose of it. If you dispute the loss of your package, UPS will send a notice to the registered address that you provided when you ordered the package.
