FedEx fulfillment includes the process of shipping products from a supplier to a customer. When an order is received, the fulfillment center will contact the supplier to determine the best way to ship the products.

Once the products are ready, the fulfillment center will contact the customer to schedule the shipping. FedEx can also provide customer service support for orders that are not fulfilled by the supplier.
