The four Dunkin Donuts stores we looked at were located in the Fenway area of Boston, and each had a different flavor of bagel. The healthiest Dunkin Donuts bagel was the Honey Oat Bran Bagel, which contained 5 grams of fiber and only 197 calories.

It was also the lightest bagel, with just 108 grams of carbs.

The second healthiest Dunkin Donuts bagel was the Blueberry Pecan Bagel. This bagel had 6 grams of fiber and only 256 calories, as well as 26 percent of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin D. The third healthiest Dunkin Donuts bagel was the Maple Bacon Bagel. This bagel had 5 grams of fiber and only 283 calories.

The Maple Bacon Bagel was also the most filling, with 21 grams of carbs. The fourth healthiest Dunkin Donuts bagel was the Classic Bagel. This bagel had 4 grams of fiber and only 245 calories.

All four of the Dunkin Donuts bagels were healthy, but the Honey Oat Bran Bagel was the best choice for those looking for a healthy and filling breakfast option.
