The new dollar burrito at Taco Bell is a combination of two of the chain’s most popular menu items: the $5 burrito and the $3 Doritos Locos Tacos. The burrito features a beef or chicken filling, shredded cheese, sour cream, and diced tomatoes.
It’s available for a limited time, starting on February 2.
What’s interesting about the dollar burrito is that it’s not necessarily a cheaper version of either of its components. The beef or chicken filling in the burrito is just as filling as the $5 version, and the shredded cheese and diced tomatoes add a bit of extra flavor.
The dollar burrito is also cheaper than the $3 Doritos Locos Tacos, which makes it a good value overall.
