If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Advance Auto Parts, you can return it within 45 days of the purchase date. The product must be in new, unopened condition and you must have a valid sales receipt or order number.
You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return a product to Advance Auto Parts, you can either bring it into a store or ship it back to the company. If you choose to ship it back, you will need to contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
