When did Chick-fil-A come to New Jersey?

Chick-Fil-A is a fast food restaurant with locations in over 30 states. The company was founded in 1967 in Atlanta, Georgia by Truett Cathy. Cathy developed the Chick-Fil-A concept by combining his love for the chicken dish, waffle fries, and his experience as a restaurateur.

The first Chick-Fil-A restaurant opened in suburban Atlanta. Today, Chick-Fil-A is one of the world’s largest fast food chains with over 2,000 locations.

In March 2012, Chick-Fil-A announced plans to open a restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey. The Paramus location was the sixth in the state and the company’s first location in Bergen County. The restaurant opened in October 2012 and became the chain’s fastest-selling location.

The Paramus Chick-Fil-A is now the largest location in the state. The company has since announced plans to open a location in Morristown, and a second Paramus location is under development.
