Why did Rite Aid change their logo?

Rite Aid, one of the largest drugstores in the United States, announced that it was changing its logo because it no longer felt aligned with its “purpose and values.” The company said that it wanted to “reinforce our commitment to our customers, employees and communities.” Rite Aid’s new logo features a simple green and yellow “A” with a red “R” in the center.

The new logo is intended to be more modern and inclusive, reflecting the diversity of Rite Aid’s customer base. The new logo is also intended to be more consistent with Rite Aid’s other marketing efforts.
