Do McDonald’s managers get paid more?

According to a study by Glassdoor, the median pay for managers at McDonald’s is $42,000. This is considerably less than the median pay for managers at other fast food chains, such as Subway ($60,000) and Dunkin’ Donuts ($50,000).

However, McDonald’s managers do have some benefits that other managers do not, including paid vacation and sick leave.

Overall, it seems that McDonald’s managers are not paid significantly more than other managers in the fast food industry. However, the benefits that McDonald’s managers receive make up for the lower pay.
