Does McDonald’s have an employee handbook?

In 1993, McDonald’s introduced a policy that all employees must sign an “Employee Agreement.” This agreement includes provisions such as the right of employees to form, join, or assist labor organizations, the right to receive overtime pay, and the right to notice of termination.

The agreement also requires employees to comply with company policies and procedures. McDonald’s has not released a copy of its employee handbook, but it is likely similar to the agreement described above.
