Does USPS check packages for drugs?

The US Postal Service (USPS) does not screen packages for drugs, and as such, it is not uncommon for packages containing drugs to make their way through the postal system. Although the USPS does not screen packages for drugs, it does have a policy of not shipping any package that cannot be safely and securely delivered to the intended recipient.

Additionally, the USPS has a policy of not shipping any package that is damaged in any way. As such, it is important to be aware of the risks associated with sending drugs via the postal system, and to ensure that your package is properly packaged in order to reduce the risk of it being damaged during transportation.
