As of 2018, Wendy’s was the world’s third largest hamburger chain with 6,711 locations, following Burger King and McDonald’s.
Wendy’s menu consists primarily of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, nuggets, and Frostys (the company’s signature frozen dessert). The chain is known for its square hamburgers, sea salt french fries, and Frostys. Since phasing out their “Old Fashioned Hamburgers”, the company does not serve breakfast but offers a morning menu with breakfast items such as oatmeal and muffins.
