How long is pharmacy tech training at Rite Aid?

In order to be a pharmacy technician, you will need a minimum of an associate’s degree in pharmacy technology. However, many pharmacy technician programs will require you to also have a certification from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). Rite Aid offers a two-year associate’s degree in pharmacy technology program.

It is a full-time program, and you will likely spend around two years in school. After completing the program, you will be able to work as a pharmacy technician.
