Kohl’s Amazon return policy is one of the most generous in the industry. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, and you don’t even need a receipt. If you don’t have a receipt, Kohl’s will give you a full refund as long as you have the original packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging, you’ll receive a Kohl’s gift card for the amount of the item.
There are a few items that are ineligible for return, including opened beauty products and digital items like e-books and software.
If you’re returning an item by mail, you’ll need to include a return form and your original packing slip. Fill out the return form, then package up the items securely and include the form in the package. Mail it off to:

If you’re returning an item to a store, find a location here. You can bring back up to three items per day without a packing slip – just make sure you have your ID. If you have more than three items or don’t have your ID, you’ll need to process your return at customer service.
