To return an Amazon order at Kohl’s, customers must bring their items to a participating store and present a QR code from the Amazon Returns Center. A Kohl’s associate will then scan the code and process the return.
There are some restrictions on what types of items can be returned through this program. For example, items that are considered hazardous material, perishable, or digital cannot be returned through Kohl’s.
