Kohl’s has partnered with Amazon to allow customers to return Amazon items at select Kohl’s locations. This convenient option is available at 82 Kohl’s stores across the country, and more locations are expected to be added in the future.
To return an Amazon item at a Kohl’s store, customers must bring the item to the customer service desk and present a valid photo ID. Returns are typically processed within two business days.
Kohl’s stores that accept Amazon returns are located in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.
