If you’re like most people, you probably do a lot of your shopping on Amazon. And, if you’re like most people, you probably have a Kohl’s nearby.
So, it would make sense that you could return your Amazon orders at Kohl’s, right? Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Here’s why:
Kohl’s and Amazon are two very different types of stores. Kohl’s is a brick-and-mortar store that sells physical goods that you can touch and feel.
Amazon, on the other hand, is an online store that sells digital goods that you can’t touch or feel. Because of this difference, it’s not possible to return Amazon orders at Kohl’s.
Another reason you can’t return Amazon orders at Kohl’s is because Kohl’s doesn’t actually sell Amazon products. All of the products that Kohl’s sells are from other brands. So, if you have an issue with an Amazon product, you’ll need to contact Amazon directly to resolve the issue.
Finally, even though Kohl’s has a partnership with Amazon, the two companies are still separate entities. This means that each company has its own return policy. And, unfortunately, the two policies are not compatible with each other.
