Did not Receive UPS InfoNotice?

In an effort to streamline the shipping process for its customers, UPS began using InfoNotice technology in 2003. InfoNotice is a notification system that allows customers to track the progress of their packages online.

When a customer receives an InfoNotice, they are able to confirm the package’s delivery status, view the package’s route history, and more.

If a customer does not receive an InfoNotice, it is possible that the package did not make it to their address. However, this is not always the case. For example, if a package is sent to an incorrect address, it is possible that the customer did not receive the package.

Additionally, if a package is delayed and is not delivered until after the customer’s original shipment deadline, the customer may not receive an InfoNotice. In these situations, the customer should contact UPS to inquire about their package’s status.
