Starting with the premise that the company is trying to seem like a friend by catering to your every need, the commercial goes on to show how Grubhub can be your one-stop-shop for food. However, the commercial’s repetitive nature and condescending attitude quickly turn off viewers. The commercial also fails to address the fact that not all food is delivered to your doorstep.
In fact, many people have to go out of their way to get food from Grubhub, which defeats the purpose of the commercial. All in all, the commercial is a bit too eager to please, which ultimately makes it less appealing.
